SUMMARY

The ref. 5726 combines the popular Nautilus design with the convenience of an annual calendar. This practical and technically impressive complication was invented by Patek Philippe and requires only one adjustment per year. The stainless steel case is 40.5mm in diameter and is expertly hand-finished with brushed and polished surfaces throughout.

The black dial is finished in a horizontally embossed pattern synonymous with the model line, with luminous applied hour markers and hands providing superior legibility. Apertures at 12 and 6 o’clock display the calendar alongside a moonphase and 24-hour indicator.
