SUMMARY

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s emblematic Reverso was inspired by the Art Deco period in which it was originally brought to life. Its clean lines, rectangular form, and swivelling case make it both ingenious and intriguing. This Grande Duo example has a stainless steel case and measures a robust 30mm, which for a Reverso is considered a size up from the original.

Due to its more modern diameter of 30mm x 48.9mm compared to other Reverso models, the Grande Duo bridges the gap between the traditional Reverso and the Squadra, making this example one of the most versatile Reverso available. The two dials featured are silver with Arabic Numerals and black with a 24-hour indicator - giving the watch two completely different looks and allowing the wearer to track two time zones simultaneously. The watch is powered by the manually wound, calibre 986. Despite powering both dials, the movement puts out an impressive 48-hour power reserve. Additionally, this reference is only one of 1500 being a limited edition model.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
