Sell it with usThis 2010s Breitling Emergency was purchased new by the vendor from Breitling UK. The seller notes that both the main and emergency transmitter batteries were replaced at the end of 2021. This is a complete set with the presentation case, watch box, emergency transponder test unit, screwdriver, CD and emergency instructions. The watch shows some signs of wear commensurate with age and wear, and its condition is within the bounds of the seller’s ‘A’ grading.
Truly a tool watch with the quality that comes with Breitling’s name, the Emergency offers a range of functions to the wearer. The bi-directional bezel is marked with compass bearings and can be used in conjunction with the analogue hands to assist the wearer with navigation. The dial features two digital displays alongside large and contrasting hour markers for maximum legibility. The black rubber strap is both hardwearing and helps the watch sit comfortably on the wrist despite its size. Inside the case is a Breitling quartz chronometer-certified movement which offers the wearer a range of functions relevant for outdoor activities.
Originally designed for pilots and aircrews, the Emergency is now available to the public without comprising in either quality or capabilities. The collection’s 20-year run has solidified Breitling’s commitment to aviators and explorers with the personal locator beacon in the case of an accident.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
