ABOUT THIS WATCH

• Limited to just 1000 pieces, Panerai's 45mm ceramic 'torpedo dial' PAM00292 is a hidden gem in the brand's collection
• It holds a coveted status among collectors, with the dial featuring the iconic 'maialino' torpedo emblem at 6 o'clock, paying homage to the Italian commandos who relied on early Radiomirs
• It's also notable for being the first ever Panerai to be crafted from scratch-resistance ceramic
• This gives the watch a decidely modern and stealthy aesthetic
• In the spirit of Panerai’s design language, the watch is substantially sized at 45mm in diameter, however, the short wire-style lugs allow it to be worn on a range of wrist sizes 
• The ‘sandwich dial’ reflects Panerai’s heritage in highly legible dive tools with large cut-out hour markers allowing a luminous plate underneath to shine through 
• The watch is powered by the chronometer-certified calibre OP XI movement which is manually-wound and equipped with a 56-hour power reserve
