From a private collector, this Omega Seamaster America's Cup edition is offered for auction along with its box, operating instructions booklet and warranty. This one-owner example is presented partially stickered and falls within the seller's 'A' grading.

The 41.5mm diameter stainless steel case has brushed and polished finishes and features an 18K white gold unidirectional rotating bezel. Fittingly, for a high-performance dive watch, there's a helium escape valve at 10 o'clock. A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, a sapphire caseback, screw-in crown, and 300m of water resistance ensure that this watch is very much at ease under the surface. The black dial features the Seamaster popular laser-engraved wave pattern and a prominent "America's Cup" logo. The Omega Calibre 1120 powers the watch and is capable of boasting 44 hours of power reserve. This particular watch is number 9266 of 9999 units produced.

The Seamaster range is one of Omega's oldest collections. It was first unveiled in 1948 and modelled after the watches that Omega delivered to the Royal Air Force during the Second World War. This particular edition is part of Omega's long term partnership with the Emirates Team New Zealand.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.

The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading. Watch Collecting requests a range of detail about the lot from the seller, and performs a level of due diligence. However, bidders must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the description, and conduct any research they feel is necessary before committing to a bid. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
