IWCPortuguese Perpetual Calendar

This Portuguese Perpetual Calendar in stainless steel was released in 2014 as a boutique exclusive limited edition. True to its heritage, the watch’s case is large at 44mm and has a substantial presence on the wrist. It’s also nuanced, with fine brushing applied to the flanks and polishing on the bezel and lug hoods. Many of the traditional Portuguese features can be seen on the silver dial, including the railroad minute track, leaf-style hands, and applied Arabic numerals.

In addition, it also displays an array of information within the sub-registers, including a perpetual calendar with year indication, power reserve indicator and running seconds. All of this is thanks to IWC’s in-house calibre 51613 movement, which has automatic winding and an impressive 7-day power reserve. Attached to the case is a brown leather strap and IWC deployant clasp.

One of 500, this example is presented in good condition with some light marks and swirls on the case and clasp. The leather strap shows clear signs of wear. Also included in the sale are the box, guarantee, and manuals.
