Girard PerregauxVintage 1945

This watch from Girard Perregaux’s Vintage 1945 line is inspired by pieces from the company’s catalogue dating back to the mid-1940s. The rectangular-shaped case is dramatically cambered to wrap around the wrist and provide an ergonomic fit. The dial features extended and stylised indices that sit outboard of a circular centralised minutes track.

A small sub-register appears at 9 o’clock to display the running seconds. Attached to the case is a stainless steel bracelet with a blend of brush and polished surfaces and a concealed folding clasp. An exhibition caseback reveals Girard Perregaux’s 3300 calibre, which features automatic winding and a 46-hour power reserve.

The watch is presented in good condition, with some wear visible on the case and bracelet.
