Sell it with usFrom a private seller, this Chopard Happy Sport from the 2000s is being auctioned as a watch-only lot. The watch is presented in worn condition with one of the sapphires on the lugs missing, bringing the watch within its ‘A’ grading.
Finished in highly polished stainless steel, the watch is elevated to a higher level of luxury than its material suggests. The 26mm case and flat profile add to the elegance of the timepiece, letting the ‘’dancing” diamonds shine through. The white dial is jewelled by five free-moving diamonds that captivate everyone’s attention with their sparkling shine and innovative setting. Positioned between 2 sapphire crystals, they spin and move freely without interfering with the hands or damaging the dial itself.
Launched in 1993, the Happy Sport became the first watch to introduce the luxury of diamonds into the casual construction of steel. It has since become a staple of piece of Chopard’s catalogue and is produced -and loved- to this day.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
