Auctioned through a private vendor, this Breguet Classique Power Reserve is accompanied by its original display box and proof of a 12-month warranty from its place of purchase, dating to 2007. The watch shows some visible scratches and blemishes commensurate with age and regular wear. Its overall condition appears to be within the bounds of the vendor’s ‘A’ grading.

A reference steeped in history, the Breguet Classique line can trace its lineage back to 1775. Measuring 35mm in diameter and finished in 18K yellow gold, it is very much the quintessential classic dress watch. Housed within this Classique’s case is a silver Guilloche dial, with sub-registers depicting the power reserve and seconds counter at 10 o’clock and six o’clock respectively. Breguet’s trademark blue steel hands and Roman numeral hour markers interact playfully with the dial’s finish and provide this fine timepiece with a period aesthetic seldom found on modern watches.

This Breguet Classique Power Reserve is powered by its 618/B manual-winding calibre, which is expertly hand-finished and equipped with a 45-hour power reserve.
