Sell it with usThis Jaeger-LeCoultre reference is among the first to feature the company’s Master Control certification. Now widely implemented across the catalogue, it was a definitive model for chronometric performance. The watch features a versatile 37mm case which is traditional in its styling and proportions.
The silver dial is elegantly laid out with applied markers and a frame around the date aperture. A heat-blued seconds hand jumps out from the face and provides contrast. Inside the case beats calibre 889, a renowned and accomplished movement. It’s heavily scrutinised by Jaeger-LeCoultre, signified by the 18K rose gold medallion on the caseback. Complementing the watch is a black leather strap and deployant clasp.
This example from 2000 is presented in good condition with some light marks visible on the case and clasp. A plastic sticker protects the caseback. Included in the sale are the box and guarantee.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
