ABOUT THIS WATCH
- The Omega Constellation was introduced in 1952, and has been a part of the brand’s line-up ever since
- It’s been through various design stages yet it wasn’t until 1982 that the Constellation evolved into the watch it is today
- This Carol Didisheim-designed reference introduced the “claws” at three and nine o’clock, the “half moons” on the upper and lower sides of the case, and the integrated bracelet
- This reference measures just 22mm in diameter and is finished in a luxurious blend of stainless steel and yellow gold
- The white mother of pearl dial features diamond hour markers and the watch’s trademark star positioned just above the six o’clock hour marker
- As per all Constellation watches, the screw-down caseback has an observatory decoration with eight stars above it; a design feature present since its release over 70 years ago
