SUMMARY
Back in 2019, the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 'Ultra Deep' set a new dive watch record when it made history by reaching the deepest points in each of the world's five oceans. A purely functional tool for saturation diving, the watch is water resistant to an astonishing 6,000 metres (20,000 feet) and forged from Omega's patented O-MEGASTEEL; a material significantly brighter and up to 50% stronger than regular steel. The polished, uni-directional ceramic bezel is also finished with another Omega-patented design - "Liquidmetal"; a material which contrasts with the lacquered gradient dial that gradually shifts from blue-to-black. Turn the watch over, and the Ultra Deep's sea-faring credentials are further amplified. The screw-down rear is finished with a laser-engraved Sonar emblem with the Seamaster's trademark seahorse at its centre. As a final note on this watch's capability, the calibre 8912 movement has a magnetic resistance of up to 15,000 gauss has a time-zone correction function.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
