SUMMARY
Echoing 70s design with its distinctive tonneau-style case and bright orange dial, this limited edition watch is a unique and eye-catching reference from renowned German watchmaker, Glashütte Original. The stainless steel case measures 40mm in diameter and is neatly finished with a blend of brushed and polished surfaces throughout. A range of useful complications have been incorporated onto the dial including the manufacturer’s trademark ‘Panorama Date’, power reserve and 12-hour chronograph. As a quirky touch, the chrono’s hour counter is displayed in a small aperture at 12 o’clock, keeping the dial uncluttered. Turn this retro-inspired piece over, and beneath the sapphire crystal beats the German brand's in-house developed calibre 37-02. This automatic movement has been crafted, decorated, and regulated by hand by Glashütte Original's team of watchmakers, and boasts an impressive power reserve of 70 hours when fully wound.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
