Sell it with usGirard Perregaux's iconic Laureato was first launched in 1975 and was named after the Italian film 'The Graduate'. The original Laureato was famed for its integrated bracelet and distinctive bezel that would develop into the octagonal shape, beloved of the line. These are touches still much in evidence with this 2022 model.
The dial is made from the extremely difficult to produce grand feu enamel. Its slow production process involves the layering of enamel crystals which are then heated to 800℃, resulting in a dial that maintains its rich green colour throughout its life, hence named the Eternity Edition. Its steel construction is light and slim, providing the watch with the necessary versatility of contemporary needs. Following the example of the "Aston Martin" limited edition, the Eternity Edition is fitted with an open caseback so that the beautifully finished movement can be admired.
Limited to just 188 pieces, this 2022 example is presented in mint, unworn condition with the factory stickers still on, bringing it within the seller's AAA grading. Accompanied by the original wooden box, certificate of authenticity, swing tag, magnifying glass and a sample from the crystals that formed the dial, this is a true enthusiast's timepiece.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
