Sell it with usAfter much anticipation from enthusiasts and collectors, Rolex updated its Submariner range in 2020 - introducing some case refinements and new movements. The 41mm case is slightly larger than its predecessor, but the revised lug profile and wider bracelet give the watch a more streamlined and seamless look. The ref. 126618LN we see here represents the ultimate in luxuriousness amongst the Submariner family, with its eye-catching solid gold construction delivering maximum wrist presence. Despite all of its opulence and precious metal construction, the watch still has genuine utility, with its 300m waterproofness and rotating dive bezel with a scratch-resistant Cerachrom insert.
Attached to the case is a solid yellow gold Oyster bracelet with polished centre links. The clasp incorporates a Glidelock extension system- providing the wearer with 20mm of tool-free adjustment in 2mm increments. Powering the watch is Rolex’s latest generation calibre 3235 movement, which features a 70-hour power reserve, Chronometer certification, and is tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day.
This 2021 example is presented in new, unworn condition with factory stickers in place. Included in the sale are the box, guarantee and booklet. Rolex’s five-year warranty provides cover until 2026.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
