SUMMARY
The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph was launched in 1998, and is a sportier variation of the luxury Swiss watchmaker's much-loved original Royal Oak penned by the one and only Gérald Genta. The case and bracelet of this eye-catching watch are finished in hammered 18K pink gold, which affords the piece a frosted, almost-dazzling appearance depending on the light. Housed within the instantly-recognisable octagonal bezel is a light blue interpretation of the Royal Oak's signature 'grande tapisserie' dial with pink gold-toned counters and matching applied hour-markers. Turn the watch over, and you'll see AP's calibre 4401. This self-winding flyback chronograph has a power reserve of 70 hours, and is finished with an 18K yellow gold centre rotor adorned with the 'AP' logo.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
