SUMMARY
The Yacht-Master II offers one of Rolex’s most complicated movements inside one of its largest cases. Visually unique relative to other watches in the Crown’s catalogue, it makes a statement with a 44mm case and is paired with an Oyster bracelet which complements its sporty look. The standout technical feature is the programmable countdown timer designed for regatta sailing. It’s controlled via the “ring command” bezel, which has a “Cerachrom” ceramic insert. Powering the watch is calibre 4161, which offers a 72-hour power reserve and is COSC certified.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
