RolexSubmariner

This ref. 116618LB represents the height of luxury and wrist presence within the Submariner range. While recently discontinued, it embodies Rolex’s contemporary design language, with large squared-off lugs that make it wear more substantially than its 40mm dimensions would suggest. The case and bracelet are constructed entirely of 18K yellow gold, and when paired with the striking sunburst blue dial and ceramic bezel, create an eye-catching watch that makes a statement on the wrist. Despite its opulence, the watch maintains its utility, offering 300m of waterproofness via a trip-lock screw-down crown and case back. The watch is powered by Rolex’s tried and tested calibre 3135, which has a 48-hour power reserve, is Chronometer certified, and tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day.

This 2020 example, which represents one of the last examples of this reference, shows light signs of wear on the clasp. Factory stickers are in place on the lugs, case back and fold over part of the clasp. Included in the sale are the box and guarantee. Rolex’s five-year warranty covers the watch until 2025.
