Breitling chronograph watches have a rich history dating back more than 100 years, and since its first inception in 1940, the Chronomat line has evolved to become one of the brand’s most popular models.

This modern iteration from 2020 saw Breitling relaunching the Chronomat with its distinct tube-style “Rouleaux” bracelet and a wide range of dial variations. This example features a more versatile and slightly smaller 42mm case with straighter lugs and a flatter bezel. As a result, the watch can now be enjoyed in formal settings as much as in outdoor activities.

The British racing green dial is in line with the current market trends, with the orange chronograph seconds hand creating a playful contrast. The exhibition caseback displays the in-house Breitling B01, which boasts a 70-hour power reserve and Chronometer certification.

This 2020 example shows some signs of wear, including scratches on the bezel, and its condition is consistent with the seller’s A grading. The original Breitling box, leather pouch, warranty, swing tag, extra bracelet links, and proof of purchase are included in the sale.
