SUMMARY
The ref. 116610LN was launched in 2010, and was the first Rolex Submariner to wear the Crown’s all-new 40mm ‘Maxi’ case, featuring bolder lugs and crown guards. Meanwhile, a further design enhancement of this all-time classic was the hard-wearing ceramic ‘Cerachrom’ bezel, which replaced the aluminium component fitted to older Submariners. Despite these updates, the ref. 116610LN retained its no-nonsense, rugged nature with the 904L stainless steel finish, and highly-legible dial suited to deep-sea diving. Internally the watch is powered by the rugged and reliable Rolex 3135 calibre which is equipped with a 48-hour power reserve.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
