Sell it with usThe Royal Oak collection from Audemars Piguet is defined by its iconic octagonal bezel and its range of eye-catching dials. It’s a powerful aesthetic that has made the Royal Oak an enduringly popular watch since its debut in 1977.
This watch, first released in 2017 to celebrate 20 years of the Royal Oak Chronograph, brings some new details to the venerable Royal Oak line. Driven by the reliable Calibre 2385 automatic winding movement, the silver-toned dial features the Grande Tapisserie pattern, three contrasting ‘Panda’ black chronograph sub-dials and a black outer dial track, a date display and Royal Oak hands with a luminescent finish for enhanced visibility.
As always, with a Royal Oak, the bracelet is exceptionally executed. There’s satin finish, polished bevels, and an improved clasp with a twin catch release mechanism. White gold details abound, with the distinctive bezel bolts, indices, hands and the AP logo rendered in the precious metal.
Water-resistance is up to 50 metres, this high-performance timepiece offers a 40-hour power reserve. This example from 2019 is accompanied by its presentation box, and guarantee document. It shows only light signs of wear and is within the bounds of the seller’s A grading.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
