Sell it with usPro-Hunter is a custom workshop based in England offering bespoke limited edition watches with a military-inspired aesthetic. This example is the company’s Military Stealth Submariner. Each piece is crafted by disassembling a brand new Rolex Submariner and applying their proprietary matte PVD finish as well as incorporating a custom dial and handset.
The end result is a homage to the British Ministry Of Defence issued Rolex Submariners of the 50s, 60s, and 70s. The dial features several specific references to vintage models, including the red “PROHUNTER” script and the ‘T’ symbol used to signify the use of Tritium. The custom handset also reflects the design specified for military service.
Pro-Hunter clearly went to great lengths to honour the legacy of these historical watches. This is no more evident than in the NATO strap, which is made by the original equipment supplier to the Ministry of Defence. With regular Submariners being ubiquitous amongst enthusiasts and collectors, this Pro-Hunter is a great way to own a unique take on this iconic watch.
This 2018 example is presented in excellent condition without any signs of wear. Its condition is within the bounds of the seller’s AA grading. The sale includes the Pro-Hunter box, guarantee, and Rolex booklets.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
