SUMMARY

Very much the definition of the modern wristwatch, the Rolex Datejust has been part of the Crown's line-up since 1945, and its design - largely unchanged since its release - has transcended eras and changes in fashion. Measuring 36mm in diameter, this stainless steel and 18K rose gold example is fitted with a ‘sundust’ dial with factory-set diamond hour markers. The watch is paired with an Oyster bracelet and is powered by Rolex’s tried and tested calibre 3135 movement.
