SUMMARY
The Aqua Terra is a model line within Omega’s iconic Seamaster family. A nod to the company’s seafaring heritage, this classically-styled watch is finished entirely in stainless steel. The silver dial is decorated in Omega’s ‘Teak Concept’ pattern and harks back to the wooden decks found on luxury sailing boats. Further aesthetic interest is created through the reference’s triangular hour markers and the date window located at the three o’clock marker.
Like the sapphire crystal covering the dial, the transparent rear caseback is finished in the same scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Visible beneath is Omega’s co-axial 8500 calibre, which is self-winding with a power reserve of 60 hours. This automatic movement has a rhodium-plated finish, with tasteful Geneva strips applied across the bridges and winding rotor.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
