This ladies ref. 4947G combines the technical charm of an annual calendar, with the opulence of 141 individually set diamonds in a 38mm white gold case. The watch is visually striking, with the gem-setting applied to the bezel and extending along the flanks of the case, lug hoods and the crown.

Equally eye-catching is the dial, thanks to the sunburst blue finish and applied gold Arabic numerals. The subregisters display the day, month and moon phases. On the watch’s underside, a sapphire case back displays the calibre 324 S QA LU. This annual calendar movement, a complication invented by Patek in 1996, is extensively decorated with Côtes de Genève across the bridges and 21K rotor. Attached to the case and complementing the dial’s colour is a blue alligator strap.

This 2016 example shows some light signs of wear and its condition is within the bounds of the seller’s A grading. Included in the sale are the watch’s box and papers.
