SUMMARY
With its cushion-shaped 47mm titanium case and distinctive locking crown guard, this Italian-designed diver’s watch is instantly recognisable as a Panerai. This particular reference was introduced in 2013 as the first Submersible to feature very high resistance to magnetic fields thanks to a special internal case made of soft iron. Its luminous hour markers sit atop a matte black dial, which features a running seconds register at 9 o’clock and a date wheel at 3. The watch is attached to a black “Caoutchouc” rubber strap, giving it a sporty, rugged aesthetic. This distinct watch is powered by Panerai’s automatic P.9000 calibre, which has a power reserve of 72 hours. With a water resistance of 300m and a unique aesthetic, this Panerai Submersible is the ideal watch for the collector seeking a left-field alternative to other Swiss-made dive watches.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
