The sea-faring Offshore Chronograph brings more presence and increased water resistance to the iconic and revered Royal Oak model line.

The 44mm case of this 2015 example is finished in brushed ceramic with expertly hand-laid polished bevels on the lug hoods and flanks of the octagonal bezel. The guards that protect the crown and surround the chronograph pushers are constructed from titanium. The anthracite dial nicely complements the hue of the ceramic and is finished with a mega-tapisserie pattern. A hint of red on the chronograph hands introduces a tasteful pop of colour to the otherwise monochromatic look. Turning the watch over, the sapphire case back reveals the calibre 3126 / 3840. This movement is extensively decorated with Côtes de Genève across the bridges.

The watch shows some light signs of wear and its condition is within the bounds of the seller’s A grading. It’s accompanied by three straps, including a factory AP strap from a more recent Offshore reference (currently attached), an aftermarket rubber strap with an extra set of OEM plots attached, and the original factory rubber strap. Also included in the sale are the box, warranty papers, and a Bucherer Certified Pre-owned warranty with nearly a year still remaining.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.

The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
