SUMMARY
Few watches combine real history, versatile style and quality watchmaking like the Datejust. A model that seamlessly crosses over from dressy to sporty, it’s been a staple in Rolex’s catalogue since 1945. First debuted in 2009, the Datejust II was a short-lived reference in Rolex’s catalogue but introduced larger and more contemporary dimensions. The case of this example measures 41mm in diameter and is paired with an Oyster bracelet, both of which are finished in stainless steel and yellow gold. The iconic fluted bezel is also finished in 18K yellow gold and when paired with the larger case, gives the watch a decidedly luxurious feel compared to more traditional examples. Powering the watch is Rolex's calibre 3136 movement, which features a 48-hour power reserve and is chronometer certified.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
