ABOUT THIS WATCH
- Based on a 1930s prototype Radiomir, this limited edition PAM373 is crafted from solid platinum
- The design remains faithful to the oversize aesthetic of early Panerai models, measuring a substantial 47mm across
- Despite its size, the wire lugs and cushion-style case help it to wear ergonomically on the wrist
- The dial has a minimalist layout and trades the large Arabic numerals commonly seen on Panerai watches, with a combination of dots and batons - honouring the original design
- Also featured is the ‘sandwich dial’, whereby cutouts on the face show luminous material from a disk below
- This provides excellent legibility and delivers a visually attractive three-dimensional look
- On the flipside, a sapphire case back displays Panerai’s in-house calibre P.3000 movement, which is manually wound with a three-day power reserve
- The watch is equipped with a screw-down crown and 100m of water resistance
