Conceived by legendary watch designer Gerald Genta in 1972, the Royal Oak was a pioneer for luxury stainless steel sports watches. Its instantly recognisable angular shape has become iconic in the world of Swiss watchmaking. The 41mm case and integrated bracelet of this ref. 15400ST from 2013 are expertly finished with a blend of polished and brushed surfaces. A fine bevel extends from the mid-case and flows through the lugs and down the bracelet’s edge, highlighting the watch’s seamless construction. Hexagonal screws on the bezel hint at the model line’s maritime inspiration. The dial has a “tapisserie” finish, synonymous with the Royal Oak, and hand-laid indices and hands finished in white gold. Viewable through the sapphire caseback is the in-house calibre 3120, which offers a 60-hour power reserve and has a 22K gold winding rotor.

The watch is presented in excellent condition, with some minor signs of wear on the case and bracelet. Also included in the sale are the box and guarantee.
