Offered by an established UK dealer, this Patek Philippe ref. 5726/1A-010 is presented with its box, an Extract from the Archives, Watch Register certificate and WCSA verification report. Some light marks and swirls are visible on the case and bracelet, and the watch’s condition appears to be within the bounds of the seller’s ‘A’ grading.

The ref. 5726 combines the popular Nautilus design with the convenience of an annual calendar. This complication was invented by Patek Philippe in 1996 and requires only one adjustment per year. Apertures at 12 and 6 o’clock display the calendar alongside a moonphase and 24-hour indicator. This particular example also features a silver-white dial which is less commonly seen.

The stainless steel case is 40.5mm in diameter and expertly hand-finished with brushed and polished surfaces. It’s complemented by an integrated bracelet with polished intermediary links and a double-deployant clasp. On the watch’s underside, a sapphire case back reveals the calibre 324 S QA LU 24H. This annual calendar movement is elaborately decorated with Côtes de Genève across the bridges and 21K winding rotor.
