SUMMARY

This luxuriously appointed and dressy Royal Oak reference is finished in 18-carat pink gold with a silvered dial. The dial is in AP’s emblematic Grande Tapisserie pattern, with gold applied hour-markers with luminescent coating, gold Royal Oak hands, also with luminescent coating. The 39mm case features an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and exhibition caseback, screw-locked crown, and is water-resistant to 50m. The strap is made in a hand-stitched large square scale crocodile with an 18-carat gold folding deployant clasp.

Inside, Audemars Piguet automatic calibre 3120 comprises 40 jewels, 282 parts and delivers 60 hours of power reserve when fully wound. This model was launched in 2005 and appeared in AP’s catalogue until 2013. It’s a more durable and technically sophisticated version of the original Jumbo Royal Oak, with a more modern movement and in a 39mm case, just as its designer, Gerald Genta, intended.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
