From a private collector, this lady’s Rolex Datejust is offered for auction along with its box, warranty papers and leather sleeve. The watch appears to show no signs of wear, and a factory protective sticker is in place on the case back. Its overall condition falls within the vendor’s ‘AA’ grading.

The Datejust’s elegance is no more evident than in this ladies' example, which features a svelte yellow gold 26mm case with a unique diamond-set bezel crowning it. Also finished in gold is the bracelet, hands, and coronet at 12 o’clock. The watch’s standout feature is its mother of pearls dial with ruby set hour markers sitting within their gold cases. A chronometer-certified in-house Rolex movement powers the watch.

The Datejust is a true heritage reference for Rolex, having been first introduced in 1945. The timepiece has influenced watch design, and it remains today a core model in the Rolex lineup.
