ABOUT THIS WATCH
- In 2006, one year after the introduction of the new style GMT-Master II 116718, Rolex expanded its collection with three gem-set variations: the 116758 SA, SANR and SARU
- Measuring 40mm across, and crafted in 18K yellow gold, this eye-catching watch delivers maximum wrist presence
- In addition to having diamonds set lugs, this reference also features a factory set bezel with a combination of rubies, sapphires and diamonds
- The dial is consistent with that found on other GMT-Master II’s and has a black lacquered finish with applied gold indices and hands
- Beneath the 18K yellow gold case back beats Rolex’s calibre 3186, an automatic certified-chronometer with a GMT function capable of tracking multiple time-zones simultaneously and a power reserve of up to 48-hours
- With low production numbers and limited availability at retail this reference has become a highly collectible version of the GMT-Master II
