This reference 16613 has an attractive and striking combination of yellow gold and blue highlights. As one of the last generation of classically proportioned Submariners, the 40mm case echoes the heritage of vintage references but with modern construction, fit, and finish. The watch’s bezel, crown, and bracelet centre links are finished in 18K yellow gold, and the sunburst blue dial has gold hands and indices with matching gilt-style print.

Like all modern Submariners, a trip-lock screw-down crown affords the watch 300m of waterproofness. Underneath the screw-down case back beats the in-house calibre 3135, which features a 48-hour power reserve and COSC certification.

This 2005 example is presented in excellent, unworn condition with a factory protective sticker on the case back. Also included in the sale are the box, “punch paper” guarantee, and booklet.
