This 2001 Rolex Yacht-Master is being auctioned through a New York-based dealer and is accompanied by its display box, outer sleeve, warranty papers and swing tag. The watch has visible marks and scratches on the case and bracelet and the vendor notes a minor blemish on the bezel and some stretch between the bracelet links. Its overall condition appears to be within the bounds of the vendor’s ‘A’ grading.

Finished in a bi-metal blend, this 2001 Rolex Yacht-Master has significant wrist presence thanks to a sandblasted 18K yellow gold bi-directional bezel fitted to a 35mm stainless steel case. A ‘champagne’ dial is adorned with gold hour markers and hands and filled with Super-LumiNova to provide superior legibility to the wearer. The red “YACHT-MASTER” script adds an extra touch of sportiness.

The chunky stainless steel ‘Oyster’ bracelet is fitted with polished 18k yellow centre links to provide the watch with a purposeful-yet-stylish aesthetic. The watch is powered by Rolex’s 2235 automatic calibre, which is chronometer-certified and equipped with a power reserve of 48 hours.
