ABOUT THIS WATCH
- Produced between 1997 and 2006, the ref. 5036/1 is a traditional and classically-styled dress watch from Patek Philippe
- It’s also historically significant for its annual calendar movement, a complication invented by the watchmaker, and one that requires just a single adjustment per year. This expertly hand-finished calibre can be seen through the sapphire case back, which highlights the decoration and solid gold winding rotor
- The 37mm case is paired with a multi-link bracelet not commonly seen within the Patek Philippe catalogue, and alongside the case, is finished in a high polish to deliver a dressy aesthetic
- An opaline dial neatly displays the annual calendar, moonphase and power reserve and is complemented by applied Roman numeral hour markers
