SUMMARY

The Girard-Perregaux Vintage 1945 is an Art Deco-inspired piece of design crafted by revered Swiss watchmaker Girard Perregaux and draws on its rich back catalogue. Crafted from 18K rose gold, the rectangular case of this watch has been cambered to wrap around the wrist and provide the wearer with an ergonomic-yet-substantial fit. The stylish, unassuming white dial is finished with 18K rose gold numerals and hands, whilst the black inner track provides a sense of contrast. The dial's most intriguing aspect in terms of visuals and technical watchmaking is that it's a chronograph and a GMT; the latter of which is controlled by the pusher at 10 o'clock. This 2000s reference is powered by Girard-Perregaux's calibre GP033C0 - a self-winding movement with handsome finishing visible through the watch's rear viewing crystal.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.

Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
