SUMMARY

Introduced in 1917, the design of the Cartier Tank’s unique curved square case was inspired by the Renault tanks used by the French Army during World War I. The Tank Française Chronoflex was launched in 1996 and incorporates its feature-rich movement into a slender, art deco-inspired watch measuring just 28mm in diameter.
