SUMMARY
Known colloquially amongst Rolex enthusiasts, as the ‘Root Beer’, this 1994 watch is among a number of GMT-Master IIs to feature distinctive brown design flourishes on the bezel and dial. Made in relatively few numbers next to other GMT variants, their scarcity and handsome aesthetic have piqued the interest of collectors. This piece is finished entirely in 18K yellow gold and is fitted with Rolex's "Jubilee" bracelet; a rarely-seen configuration in terms of colour and bracelet style. Internally, the watch is powered by the calibre 3185, which is chronometer-certified and equipped with a 48-hour power reserve.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
