Few watches combine history, versatile style and quality watchmaking like the Datejust. A model that seamlessly crosses over from dressy to sporty, it’s been a staple in Rolex’s catalogue since 1945. This ref. 16233 from 1994 has a 36mm stainless steel case and is specified with Rolex’s iconic fluted bezel in yellow gold.

Also crafted from precious metal are the applied Roman numeral markers, coronet, hands, crown and the Jubilee bracelet’s centre links. Housed inside the case is the in-house calibre 3135 movement, which is chronometer-certified and equipped with a 48-hour power reserve.

This 1994 example shows only light signs of wear, and its condition is within the bounds of the seller’s A grading. It's accompanied by a Rolex box and booklets.
