SUMMARY

Thanks to its connection to the space programme the Omega Speedmaster is perhaps one of the most iconic watch lines of all time. While the Professional line of Speedmasters remains the most popular series of chronographs produced by Omega, not all Speedmasters are moonwatches, as is the case with this reference 3511.50. The 39mm case shape is unmistakably a Speedmaster with its lyre lugs. But the dial, with its reverse panda configuration, is more playful than its moonwatch cousin and there are some nice design details here, such as the hexagonal shaped crown. This example is fitted with its original five-link brushed and polished steel bracelet, with its endlinks transitioning seamlessly with the case proper..
